Blue Flame was founded on the conviction that a great drink is the result of deliberate choices — from bean selection to spirit sourcing, from temperature control to the final garnish. We are not a chain. We are not rushing to the next transaction.
Located on Briar Forest Drive in southwest Houston, we have built a space where the morning ritual of a perfectly pulled espresso coexists with the evening ritual of a thoughtfully constructed cocktail. The same standards apply at both.
